- No exchanges are available for international orders. Please place a new order for a different item or size.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be sent back within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included with the return.
- Peter Do reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Request a Return:
Email shop@pd-168.net with your order number and clear photos of the product (front and back).
- Receive Your Label:
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a packing list to print.
- Prepare Your Package:
Place the item and a printed copy of the packing list inside the package.
Securely affix the return shipping label to the outside.
- Ship Your Return:
Drop off your package at your nearest courier drop-off location.
REFUND
- A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
